Sales Terms and Conditions
All our sales are final. Being a perishable product, we can’t take returns, even if the packages are still sealed.
Since all sales are final, if you have any questions about the product you are interested in, please contact us, so we can answer any questions you may have.
We accept all credit cards. Payments are processed securely online and no credit card payments are stored on the store itself. Your transaction is 100% protected.
If your order is declined by the system, please check your address, card numbers, expiration date and security code of the card. Even on credit card approved orders, we will always compare your billing and shipping addresses (they must be the same), and the IP Geo Location where you placed your order from to avoid fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to cancel any orders before shipment that we deemed to be potentially fraudulent.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
We ship to the United States only.
During checkout you can select the type of shipment you want.
We mainly use USPS and FedEx for shipments. Please refer to the checkout page to know all the options available to you at this time.
You’ll be notified automatically right after your item ships with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept any exchanges.
